I have just finished up the soft skills/communication part of my objectives and test questions. I was trying to think of a fun and engaging way to teach phone skills. I stumbled on toondoo.com. I created a character, kind of a geeky, techy type guy, really a composite of the group I am writing this training for….anyway, mocked-up a lesson and the group LOVED it. ToonDoo is fun and easy to use. I may have the class create scenario cartoons using our tech guy as a part of an class activity.
