I am employed as technical trainer/writer for a software provider. I am a wife, mom, kitty wrangler, daughter, niece….you get the picture…lots of things, mostly a dreamer that still imagines endless possibilities for herself and is working towards making those dreams come true.

What I invision for my blog is a place to share my work issues.  While I have been a technical writer for a number of years, the training arena, particularly developing a training program from the ground up and correctly is new.  I appreciate any advice.  The links I have added on Instructional Design are sites I am finding usefully in my journey.  I hope to, someday, give advice.

I also share some personal events as my interest and world contain those things.  I am also searching for the appropriate balance between work and life.  I think that leads to the sharing of some of the personal stuff.
